Day 5 (continued)
We ended our first day in this hotel in Golfo Santa Clara (right on the beach)
Taqueria where we dined on Christmas Eve. The town was really very festive.
Day 6

Day 7
At lunch in Hermosillo we met a new friend, Jorge, who is a member of the Sonora Riders club.
We ended the day in San Carlos (next to Guaymas) with this view of the fading sunset over the sea of Cortez.

Day 9
We met Sean and Christian from San Francisco (California, that is) on the road. They are on their way to
open an inn for adventure travelers in Panama. I hope to stay with them later in the trip.
